Hi I have a torrent with over a hundred seeds and leachers with many peers but the problem is no matter what you do it still downloading slow. Like 0.3k I am using dialup internet.

But Imy webpages load fast and I download other things fast as well.

But I am using u torrent

And my Upload is set to unlimited.
Should I set my upload to 2k?

I am using XP pro with no service pack and no firewall as far as I know.

You said it yourself, first youre using DIAL UP .
Second, your upload is unlimited. Thats using your bandwidth. Your router also often has a buffer, reboot it. Some ISp's will throtle you down if youve too much bandwidth, but with DIAL up, thats not the issue. And if youre doing torrent with no firewall, you're probably going to experience an OS reinstall shortly

uTorrent is a good program, but youre limited by other things

Do you have a static IP address? There's a guide on U Torrent on how to set one up. It took me half the evening to read through the guide but it works very well.

Sorry to say this but dial up connection couldn't get the actual speed as that of broadband try shifting to broadband and i prefer to don't change any upload/download speeds!
