This is the first question or the way to look into other eyes. It creates avenues to enter into more questions. When you ask how are you, you expect a positive reply from others which reflects a good notion even at other end. If you ask me hay how are you, naturally i will give you reply and from here more rooms open to talk in detail. so this is good sign and denotes a constructive approach not negative. So in my opinion you are good.

i think that we all have mental problems because of this life... im doing pretty good, my 10 month old nephew is visiting! i love him to bits!
