Expect shop manuals no less than one year after the bike comes out, and Haynes manuals only come out when they feel damn good & ready, which is rarely.
If you want something VERY close, the ZZR600 from 2005-2007 (and maybe older) is nearly identical to the 2002 ZX6-R except for the engine displacement, so a good bet would be to find an '02 ZX6-R manual if you can. If you don't believe me, go to www.bikez.com and look at a 2002 ZX6-R.
This is also good to keep in mind when shopping for windscreens, frame sliders, air filters, etc.
