I've given up the dream to grow wings and fly away...because I'm older now and I know that it'll never happen unless I get like...some genetic disorder injection or something

I guess Im still in the position to go after most of my dreams and goals because I havent done anything in my life so far and i HOPE this is just the beginning! But I used to have dreams of living a normal "Perfect" life...You know, go to a brand name school, get a high paying job, marry and have kids at a young age, white picket fence house..I think I must have been in some sort of daze back then because somewhere along the line, I realized I have this intense need to do something totally adventurous and fulfilling with my life, Ive never been one to follow the rules or blend in, I want not only to help others, but also get my own peace of mind knowing I took risks and faced challenges. I think the biggest dream I have right now is to join the Peace Corps. after I graduate college. i think that all-american dream to live a comfortable, peaceful life is something Ive left behind and I dont regret it at all. Good question, yet again..Thanks for making me think! :)

I regret not going in to animation. I had a real talent but family problems prevented me. Now it's too late.

Dreams are unfullfilled plans. They can always be rekindled. If you have regrets , forget them you cant change regrets. If you have a dream go for it.

if you can accept the past as just the past and live in the future then you can truly be happy --- all those dreams were smoke and when the day dreams and the smoke turned to reality and the light of day became clear I could see clearly that I left nothing behind and that my future as well as present has little to do with "dreams" ......................... ...............
