can I cash a MoneyOrder in a bank or in a seven eleven?

If it western union you can cash at any western union.
7/11 has less than $50.oo in register (or at least that's what the sticker on the door says)

Yeah, you can cash a MoneyOrder in a bank. You can also cash them at WalMart. As far as 7-11, I really don't know for sure. You can call your local 7-11 to find out, though.

You can buy it in a 7/11...You have to cash it at a bank/check cashing center...
