Eyelid Twitch.
The cause of minor eyelid twitching is unknown. A slight spasm of the lower eyelid or even both eyelids is common and of no concern.
Essential Blepharospasm.
An involuntary condition usually involving both eyes, where the eyelids, and sometimes the eyebrows, close involuntarily. In advanced cases of essential blepharospasm, muscles of the mouth or neck are sometimes involved in these spasms. When these spasms occur, temporary inability to see may result because of the involuntary eyelid closure. These spasms are rare but very troublesome, and often incapacitating. Blepharospasm is caused by abnormal nerve impulses producing muscle spasms, and almost never a psychiatric disease.
Hemifacial Spasm.
Hemifacial spasm is a condition which involves the eyelid muscles and usually the muscles around the mouth, but on only one side of the face. Hemifacial spasm is usually caused by an artery pressing on the nerve to the facial muscles causing the face to twitch.

My right eye twitches too, but once in a blue moon. It's the same as when you feel your pulse beat in certain areas of your body like your muscles, including your eye. Perhaps your muscles or veins are not getting enough circulation and when it does, obvious parts of your body twitch and it's pretty embarrassing.
If you are very concerned about it occuring constantly, see your doctor. They may diagnose it better for you than us at yahoo!Answers.

Could be a magnesium deficiency and you can find further information in a search for twitching + magnesium.

I swear, mine did that too! It could be stress. My arm twitches sometimes. Its just a muscular reaction. I know its annoying as hell though! :) I used to hold my eyelid out so it wouldnt do it.
It'll go away, I promise.

It's just a muscle spasm. Totally normal and will stop on it's own.

It could be a stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor--any number of things, most of them pretty nasty. Sorry.
