I start to wonder where it's been before.. Like, across my face? Stomach? Feet?
Then I try to judge if it's a jumping spider. Then I proceed, everytime, to slowly slip out of bed one inch every minute... cause if you do it too fast the spider will freak out and jump somewhere. So when I make it out of my room I try to find a chemical that will annihilate this freaky thing that watched me sleep from 89 different spots in my room.
God forbid what usually happens happens, the spider falls from the ceiling, I scream like a girl scout, throw a book at it (hoping maybe the... corner of it.. lol) and run out of the room probably running into things like walls and doorways, tripping over my own feet.

First i'll try throwing a shoe at it and if that fails to kill it, i get the fly zapper and fry the spider to death.

Catch it and put it in our bug house. My daughter and I bought it to check them out because we have a ton of different spiders that hang out on our porch.

To paraphrase Elmer Fudd, "Kill da spider. Kill da spider." I get the vacuum cleaner and suck it into the bag. Then, I hide the vacuum cleaner far away from me so I don't have to think about it.

I can't help but to stare at it hoping it will crawl far enough down the wall for me to smash it and flush it down the toilet. Until I know it's dead, I can't sleep.

id stare at it for about 5 seconds then i would scream scream THERES A SPIIIDER then i would grab a broom and kill it,
