Get up when you need to get ready to go to work, allowing about an hour between climbing out and leaving for work work. Because I am a shift worker after my night shift I go to bed around 7am and usually sleep till about 3 in afterrnoon but have to be at work at 6pm till 6am so usually crawl out about 4pm, go for a 3 mile run, then have breakfast and then straight to work.

what ever time you naturally wake up! as that is when your body is ready for the coming day.
personally i like early mornings as i dont like to waste the day away, and a walk in my garden in the wee early hours is so peacefull and quite and for those few moments i feel at one with the myself and the world in general as well as very happy that im alive to appreciate all the small things!
