= 19/sqrt(19) * (sqrt(19)/sqrt(19))
= (19sqrt(19))/19
= sqrt(19)

sqrt19=19^(-1/2)
therefore 19/sqrt19=19/19^(-1/2)=(19)(19^(1/2))
but when multiplying powers with the same bas, you keep the base and add exponents therefore [above= 19^(1+1/2)=19^(3/2)=sqrt19^3]

you can't have a square root on the bottom, so what you're gonna do is multiply both top and bottom by sqrt(19)

19 * sqrt(19) / sqrt(19) * sqrt(19)

19sqrt(19) / 19
