Why is their song 'Sheepdog' so called

They had a sheepdog follow them on tour for a few days, so they brought it on the bus..next thing you know they wrote the song.... KIDDING....

Actually, their favorite painting is named Sheepdog so they gave the name to one of their favorite songs.
