I've been in the work force since i was 16. the only time i wasn't involved in some weird drama was when i worked with a bunch of men at a film editing department (that is after the crazy woman who was there before me was fired). I see the movie "Mean Girls" and I wonder why we never grow out of that stage. And I'm an instigator. Everytime I think I'm out -- they pull me back in ....

Ok, ok...don't get emotional over this...its not worth it.
Look, here's the truth as MEN see it...
Women are geared to finding a mate and reproducing. As such, they fight to ensure its the best mate possible, thus they are always competing with other females.
Men, on the other hand, will screw anything at a moments notice. We're not very selective and beer helps this process considerably.
Women are cats, men are dogs. Its that simple.

Most girls are filled with stupid drama like "omg, did you here..." or "she, so didn't do that". Im still in high school, I go to a really small hick town school where everybody knows eachother, and suprisingly we have a LOT of drama. It's totally rediculous. Girls are complex...I think we all don't get along sometimes because of jealousy towards eachother, or they are just trying to be cool, and girls hold grudges for a LONG time.

I don't think it's an issue among all women, but some definately. I think women can't get along as well as men can is because it's down to insecurity mostly. There's a lot of jealously and rivalry. Women are more insecure than men in general because there is more pressure in society to look good, ect...

We are "gossip girls" and like to talk about people behind their backs!! We scrutinize, scream, scramble, and boss people around. Some girls are nice, others are complete brats!! Some girls think they are better than everybody else, so in the work force, it's kinda hard to work with them because there is alot of competition!!

Because every girl, even though most of them don't want admit it,they want to be better than any other girl then, the get too competetive and get into catfights and start being mean because someone else is being or doing something better than they are.

Because we are competitive, and we always want to be right. I don't know. I hate other women too. I'd much rather hang with a gay man!
