I doubt it's a hair growing in it's place....it's just the fact that your face was someplace it shouldn't have been!

this is somewhat regarding. If she does not want to apply a razor, why no longer get her an epilator (like the Braun Silk Epilator)? It pulls out the hairs somewhat directly, and that way she would be able to no longer could use her enamel...

no this is not normal for you, hair is to grown on the tongue, but be careful eating or drinking anything hot. OWCH!! There is nothing that feels worse than when you burn the hair off your tongue :)
