Yes, we do.
I grew up in Minnesota and moved to the East Coast when I was 22. I never noticed it when I lived there, but now when I go back to visit in the summer and for holidays, I'm the first one to point out the accent.
I can't describe it, but it's kind of a nasal sound. Instead of "yeah" it's more of a "yaaah" sound. It's not bad, but when I first moved out east, people would always make me pronounce different words just so they could hear how I say them.
So yes, Minnesotans do have an accent! But be proud!

"Are you going with?" (As opposed to - "Are you going with me to...") Sauna is a big one. The proper way is SOW-NA (I argued this for years and eventually gave up!) It really isn't SAW-NA. Also, most people say AWNT instead of ANT (Your mom or dad's sister), Pop is our soft drink...
Basically, Minnesota has a strong Finnish heritage, which is very apparent up north. Our accent comes from the Finnish immigrants that are still living here today.

Well I'm from Texas and don't have an accent as long as I stay put. I'm guessing that if I were to come to Minnesota "y'all" would think I had an accent. Same for you. Stay put - no accent. Come to Texas - big accent. :)

Yes you do.
You say, "Let's bownce the bawl in the mouwntains."
It's distinct but not as strong as a Boston or New york accent.

When I went to Colorado, everyone wanted us to say words with A's and O's in them (boat, bag, flag, etc.) So I'm sure we do, but we just don't notice because everyone here is the same way. I think theres just something with holding the vowels longer or something.
