What is your opinion of movies with lots of dark scenes you can hardly see what is happening, like Spider man?

I guess the filmmakers think they are spooky, mysterious or dramtic. I think they are just annoying.

I say get it on VHS or DVD and turn up the brightness on your T.V.

if it happens at the theater, make sure the screen is adjusted correctly. sometimes it is not. either contact the manager--or ask others there if they agree--and then contact the manager.

if it happens at home, adjust your own contrast and brightness.

at the theater, the Spiderman movies have all been okay for me. the worst i've seen have been Descent, The Cave and Virus. the first two were dark intentionally (if i am to believe what the managers told me). Virus was not and it was the first time i realized how badly a movie can be shown by a projectionist.

good luck--because i know it really ticks me off when i have to get up and go get the manager when i'm trying to enjoy my movies.

it does not bother me a all but there needs to be a bright scene in the beginning of the movie so that you can see where you are
go g if you still nee to find your seat to sit an watch the movie. In the middle of the movie it is OK though

well lots of dark scenes are almost founded on films like harry potter or you can say like magic well filmakers do it forcely cuz the magic like films uses more than billion$ ruppes and they are gonna have use then only if the person sees it in a theatre and theatre is much better atleast you can hear everyword and see the face properly and VHS OR VCDs dont work on dark films .
