The outfield walls are a minimum of 330' down the lines and 400' to the centre field wall, from the plate. Spoace is also needed for foul territory.
The bases are 90' apart, set at right angles to one another.

As far as the outfield dimentions, every field is different. I think the minimum distance for the right and left field lines is about 330 feet. Straight away center is usually around 400 feet. All of the bases are exactly 90 feet apart. The distance from the pitching rubber to home plate is exactly 60ft. 6in.

There are minimum requirements for new fields, but even then there are exceptions. AT&T in San Francisco has a short right field line, and, I'm not sure, but I think Camden Yards is an exception too. There is no rule I know of for how much foul space is needed. Of course, old fields like Yankee Stadium and Fenway have strange dimensions.
