Some people don't realize that by typing in all caps they are shouting. There's a lot of things that all of us do that we don't realize can be seen as or is bad net etiquette.

cos they think their piont will get across better in caps when it actually winds people up... or they cant find the caps lock button!

It's laziness but they'll tell you it's speed. I find all caps very hard to read.

i know someone who does, but for him its only because he sees the upper-case letters better than lower-case
some ppl don't know they are shouting & those that do, don't care about net etiquette ;-)

True. But sometimes i do it because i am angry. It is annoying though. It feels as if someone is yelling.
