I got a suspension notice from Yahoo answers after posting a question about Radical Muslim Terrorists which got deleted. How can such a question be an epithet or a slur when the terrorists are Radical Muslims.

Neither. Yahoo Answers has a problem with honest discussion of political and religious matters. But you can say cocky and doody and peepee all you want.

Theres a difference between radicals who can be of any race creed or coor, muslims who for the most part are wonderful people, and terrorists who, again can be of any race creed or color. If you've been to Britain, they also talk of terrorists, but those are lower middle class white people.
If you were hate mongering, and it would be easy for a moderator to jump to a conclusion, then the post should be removed and you're an idiot. If you were posting a valid question and did not have the eloquence to post correctly, then just rephrase the question.
I used to be a moderator of other forums, and if there is a doubt, we're going to use caution. Forums have community standards, and you probably just didn't phrase yourself well. Also remember that "freedom of speech" only applies to "congress shall pass no law", not to a privately held company. Also "freedom of speech" does not apply to Incitement or to "fire in a theatre"
Wow, based on some of the previous posts, can you understand why moderators are needed, just because someone has freedom of speech, doesn't mean they have a valid opinion.
Like I said, just repost it with better language. Remember there were radical christian terrorists that bombed the Olympic games in Atlanta. Christian terrorists bombed the federal building in Oklahoma that had a child care center. Nuts are the same all over.

No.... it's an accurate description of a group of people. I call them Islamic Jihadist... As long as you don't attribute the class to all Muslims.... The Radicals are (depending on who you ask) only about 10% to 20% of Muslims as a whole. Still that's 100,000,000 to 250 million people.
