...after you get your period? i know you are supposed to for the first two years after, but i started go grow later than most people, so would i get more than two years of growing time? i'm 5'2 1/2, and i was just wondering how tall i'll end up being. my parents are both tall. Also, are there any ways to help yourself get taller?

Of course you can. I started at age 11 and am not the height weight or bra size that I was at that time.

There is no way to help you grow.

Did you ask your mom about her experience with her first period and her growth? Perhaps she is also a late bloomer. Girls will grow in height up to the age of 17. I grew one inch when I was 18. Usually genetics and nutrition are the main factors in determining your height. I don't think you need to worry.

what i do is drink a lot of milk and take plenty of naps

get a stretch machine and sleep in it lol.
