Does it mean you will do it whenever I want you to or whenever you feel like you want to do it?

I asked the repair man Thursday when he could fix the washer he said whenever and hung-up.

First, you need to get a repair man with a more professional attitude.
"Whenever" generally means that the person speaking has a relatively open calendar, so the other person can pretty much choose a time that works for them and you go from there.

Whenever is similar to whatever, these words are modern day "slang", total disrespect for a time frame or opinion.
I interrupted those words to mean I will get to it, do it, whenever or "if" it is convenient to me.

Leaves one completely hanging out there...
Then again, he could have been saying it in a nice way,
I will do it "whenever" you want me to come over, which if said that way, would have been very nice ....
You know of course that this is Sunday and I usually try not to think so much on Sunday's....L0L..thanks

First, you need a new repairman.

But to answer your question, I think it means a point and time that is convenient for either party involved.

then you call him back and tell him you want him to fix it NOW...when he said whenever he indicated that he'll do it "whenever" you want him to...what better way to test that statement then want it done on a sunday afternoon! :)
