All races. If you want the word to not be used by races other than African-Americans you should set the example and not use it yourself. For example every rap song out there anymore. However illegal might be a little too far. Im just saying set an example

The n-word should be socially illegal in my opinion, because if you're black and say it, it lets white people think it's alright to say, but if you actually are white and say it, you're socially shunned, so i think it should be socially illegal to people of all races. By Socially Illegal, i mean that, for the person saying it, they should be socially shunned by society.

If it were illegal, do you think would stop saying it? I highly doubt it. Making words illegal is insane.

Simply... I hate when white, black, asian, native american, hispanic, anybody says the "n" word. Its an insult, not a compliment (for the black people; including myself). Black people definetly shouldn't use the words, when people in my school say it i am extra offended and feel embarassed sometimes. Sometimes even the hispanics (mostly hispanic and black school) start saying it cause they think its okay. Hell nah...

i am no racist but we do have freedom of speech. Making that illegal would make a hypocracy against the 1st amendment.

What "n" word might that be? No word in any language should be used to disrespect and downgrade another individual.
