Why is the house in the subdivision cleaner than other house?

Sadly, there is just too little information to answer this !!

Interior or Exterior ? The habits of the residents, habits of whomever is cleaning, just the LOCATION ?

I lived in an apartment complex where those on the BACK side had more dust/grime because their windows opened onto the parking lot and an adjacent construction site !

Hope to come back and see some clarification.
