I'm currently looking to buy a Nissan 350z. I'm just wondering is it worth buying? I've heard some complaints about the tire wearing and the room space for tall people and the blind spots, but those seem to be the main problems. I'm also going to be a senior in high school soon so I'm just looking for a good car to enjoy my last days at school and going on to college.

Don't get me wrong, I'm satisfied with my life right now and the current car I have right now (2002 Ford focus) Although my car has had many mechanical problems(over $3000 in fixing) But I also believe in living life to the fullest, having fun with things such as sports cars while were still here on this earth. I just want to take advantage of a opportunity that was given to me, and reap the benefits of financial freedom for once in my life.

Any answers or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

And yes, I do have the money for the car and I will be paying for the car with my own money.

And no, I'm not into street racing or anything like that. I just want a nice car that isn't a money vacuum like mine is right now.

I like the 350z and almost every car is going to have some kind of problem. So yes the blind spots are big but just make sure you get better at driving. I am not too sure if its a great college car cause i am still going to school and happy i have a four cylinder. If you are getting help on paying for tires and gas it might be a good car otherwise you can probably look for four cylinder turbo charged vehicles that will most likely have the same power as the 350z. Although as soon as i am done with school i am looking at the G35 sedan for more interior room.

Um the name didn't come out of no where. The 3.5l engine might be a little too much for a first car. Get him a 4 cylender. Like. 240sx or for more power a silvia. 240sx a 4 cylender car with lots of potential. Also if he likes racing he probably will race so don't get him a fast car. Also your more caring about a item if you buy it with your money. So if he does want the power or even If he just likes how it looks. Make him buy that. Get him a small 4 cylender. If he wants a 350z or even a 370z now he will buy it and care about that car way more than if you buyit. I would highly recomend a 240sx tho just becouse it's my favorite car In the world. :D

Only if you enjoy street racing BMWs and visit hospitals as a result, then get a 350z. Before you sign on the dotted line, take a peek at this video:

Also, are you *sure* you can afford the insurance payments? As you're under 25, your premium will be around 2000 or more per year. Are you *SURE* you can handle that, AND the car payment, AND gas and maintainence (let's not forget the tires and such) ?

Why not get a Focus SVT? or Mazdaspeed 3?

If your paying for the tires yea it'll be a blast.

Wish you were my dad, he never gave me a pricey sports car.

Anyways there are bad things about every car, we can pick them all apart all day long. This is one hell of a nice car, he'll definantly get a lot of fun out of it.
And I hope he goes on to be a success.

yeah sounds cool. id drive it before buying it. if ya like what dose it matter what others think? if its a newer 350z dose that mean your gunna make payments? i wouldn't buy it if that's the case. dude honesty at your age (god i sound old) i would be spending my money on fun stuff like (girls and beer) not car payments.

A teen in a 350Z may seem like life to the fullest -- but only for a very short amount of time. I doubt your loved ones would be very happy attending your funreal.
