The answer to that would depend upon the talents of the answerer. I am a good singer (of many years) but would not have made a good movie star. Since frequently people who go into these professions are more adept at one than the other it is seldom a big question. Sometimes a movie star can sing. Sometimes singers make, or try to make movies. Ultimately the talents, or lack thereof decide which becomes dominant and they usually end up one or the other. Besides, it sure takes a great deal of personal time to do either!

I'd rather be a singer, but I think I'm more capable of being a movie star.... I'm not that great of a singer, but I love acting!

if you are singer think of the damage to your voice i think a movie star would have more jobs which lead to move advantages. BUT i do appreciate singers for giving their voices!!:)

Definitely a singer. I think of music as a large part of my life. Even though I enjoy acting, singing is what I have always wanted to do. I think about Joni Mitchell. Good singers don't stop being good, just older.

I know my fate lies as a singer becuase I am already one. The only problem is that the only people that know it are me and my 2 best buds! I like singing becuase it is like a way to express yourself in a creative way. It helps! I love creating my own lyrics and singing. It is a lot of fun to do!
