that my parents won't loan my the money for a plane ticket.....cause they don't approve of me going.....
but they will loan my brother money for gas so he can go drinking and they don't approve of that either

i don't think they care about his life thats why they give in......
I do have a job....i just have so many bills i don't have the extra cash right now for the plane ticket.....

You have to ask your parents that. Perhaps they don't feel you being somewhere they can't just go to a hospital (if necessary) is a good idea. There could be a billion reasons. Only they can tell you the deciding one.
