Alright dear just take a deep breath and lets get that bad dog out of you. What happened is over and done with its not worth you getting your blood pressure up/ Lets raid the ice box for a big tub of ice cream {mu favorite BUTTER PECAN} grab a spoon and sit back and enjoy.. Think lots of good thoughts and all those happy times .

why are your emotions so riled up? anger hurts YOU and no one else. Before you think of venting your anger on the world, look inward and find out what is inspiring you to such turmoil. then solve the situation or if you can't just move on. no one needs to be around anyone who has nothing to offer but their personal insecurity at being unable to cope with life.
