Gas for the easy clean up

Depends what your aim is. If you want a bbq - charcoal, if you want an outdoor grill - gas. Personally I think gas takes the fun out of the basic cooking afforded by charcoal. Plus, I like to burn stuff, and gas doesn't give you that excuse. On the flip side, you can eat your chicken without fear of spending hours on the loo the next day. However, where's the fun without a risk or two!

We have both, it just depends on what we are fixing, but would say prefer the Gas grill, we also have a smoker that is nice also

i really like the food cooked on charcoal...but gas one is easy to cook on...since i have a kid, and i like to eat BBQ...so i prefer gas.........
