HBO is the Home Box Office channel. They show movies without commercial inturruptions. Grace Hart was making a joke in the movie, that with all the tinfoil in her hair she'd be picking up the HBO channel. Hope this helped.

She said, "Don't need that, with all this foil in my hair I'm getting HBO!" HBO is a cable television channel. She was basically saying that she had enough metal in her hair to pick up reception from a television station, like a television antenna does.
