Since all I see when I watch the tv or open the newspaper is news about a new born panda baby. Then I see in the news how zoologist use panda porn to stimulate pandas to reproduce themselves.
And I wonder than soon there are going to be more pandas than humans and they are going to take over earth, and if they do I hope they are smarter.

No matter how much captive or wild breeding is done, unless the human population goes extinct pandas will never out number the human race.
The reason why is rather simple.
Pandas live off a very specific diet of bamboo (can eat a few other things but mainly bamboo). Due to the fact that bamboo can only grow in a few areas of the world it greatly controls how many pandas are out there.
No food... no pandas.

they will never out number us. when the population of pandas gets to a certain number, they will be taken off the endangered species list and then scientists will not spend so much time worrying about if they reproduce or not. Humans will never allow animals to take over the planet.
