i try going on internet on my phone and it wont let me it says ''connection not available'' and then says'' authentication failed'' wats wrong with it?
how can i mend it?

Maybe the GPRS service from your local cell is temporarily down. These faults usually get rectified overnight.

Have you recently got a new phone or SIM card by any chance? You should try getting the latest settings sent to your phone for GPRS/WAP, the username or password is wrong.
You can normally get the settings from the operators website.

Either there is:
Not enough coverage
Not enough credit
You have not downloaded the right server certificate

i think you need to check your settings hun..
find the correct 1 for your fone model eg 6230,or 8800
then update it....
for the guy who called her dipstick shut the fvk up...leave her alone..
