it must be true beacsue different areas or countries of the earth have different temperatures....india is at a different latitude and longitude than america and there fore has different climates...infact it is hotter because of the amount of sunlight stiking it....i also think that is why some countries see sunlight first long before others

That would be true,that's why the poles are cold and the equator is hot,the closer to the sun the hotter it gets
