Right now I'm reading "Three Fates" by Nora Roberts, but I'm IMPATIENTLY waiting for the 7th HP!
Also, according to everything I'm reading on here, I apparently REALLY need to check out "Twilight" by Stephanie Meyers! It sounds awesome!

At the present time I am reading the "Prodigal Project" series by Ken Abraham and Daniel Hart. It's a four book religious (not too religious though) series about the rapture.
It's not as good as I had hoped. It seems to be written for younger readers because of the writing. Not even close to the depth of LeHane's similar series. It is sort of relevant for today because the fundamentalist Muslims are hell bent to destroy Christianity. They also can't figure out why their children were taken, but not the adults.

currently reading "Into the Dark Lands" by Michelle Sagara West. It's her first novel and I love her later stuff....it's fun seeing how much she's grown as an author and I'm enjoying this book, too. She has another book coming out in August that I want to get, "Cast in Secret." Hm. I also want to get some more Neil Gaiman. A friend introduced me to him through the book "Stardust," which was awesome.

I am reading Michael Marshall's The Intruders. It won't be released until August 2007 (advanced reader copy- a perk of being a bookstore worker!). So far it is very suspenseful. I'm not too far into it so I haven't managaed to out the pieces together yet but I am enjoying it.

Anything by John Lescroart. "The Suspect" is just out. He builds upon characters from book to book so I would recommend starting from "Dead Irish (1989)". His stories are centered around San Francisco. Anything by Baldacci or DeMille is also good.

Dombey and Son by Charles Dickens. I started it probably a couple months ago, and around half-way through the book, I started getting more interested. It is stuff, though. It's around 850 pages long. I do love Dickens, though. :-)

I'm struggling with "Malone Dies" by Samuel Beckett, it is the second novel in his trilogy which is one of the 100 most meaningful (formerly, great) books of all time as listed in this web site.
