Its all about evolution. Bacteria evolve to become resistant. When bacteria develop a resistance gene they pass it along to the next generation and so on and so forth. Perhaps its only a matter of time before certain bacteria become resistant to bleach. Its feasible to say that with enough time and the right evolutionary patterns bacteria could become resistant to everything.

Which is why everyone needs to stop spraying their kitchens and bathrooms down with Lysol and using so much hand sanitizer. Yeah its good once in a while but we are just enabling more resistant strains of things to develop and lowering our own immune systems. Its good for our bodies to be exposed to some things so our bodies can develop resistance.
