I doubt it. The hairs don't grow as long and they fall out sooner. They don't get as much damage (from sun, products, etc..) than the hair on your head.

well i never thought about it cause i either shave or wax both areas

If you keep yourself groomed, they shouldn't. If you let them grow out (EW) they might!
