In a ten gallon tank I have two Mollies, two baby guppies both female, One adult female guppy, one silver hatchetfish, two dwarf hatchet fish, and two cory catfish. Is this tank overcrowded, just right, or could I put more fish in it?

You tank is nearly at capacity now, considering some of the fish have a bit of growing to do and you don't want to crowd them. If you add anything I would suggest 3-4 additional neons as they are schooling fish and need others to be healthy.

Your 2 mollies will grow up to 3" each and are livebearers. Do you know their sexes? They have 10 - 50 babies every month or so. Mollies also require brackish water to thrive, about 1 tbsp aquarium salt per gallon.
Hatchetfish also get to 3" each and they're schooling fish. They should not be kept singly. You should be keeping a minimum of 5 together so they will school, thereby reducing stress and susceptibility to disease.
Corys are also schoolers...and need to be kept in a group of 5 or more. Neons are ALSO schoolers.
The tank itself is overcrowded already. For what you currently have, a 20 gallon tank may be sufficient with a decent filter system and regular water changes.
However, to bring it up to snuff, you'd need to get 3-4 more corys, 2 more hatchetfish and 4 more neons.
Also, compatibility becomes an issue.
Guppies are good with your hatchetfish, neons and corys...not with the mollies.
The neons are not good with the mollies or the hatchetfish.
The hatchets are only compatible with the corys in this line up as are the mollies (which should be kept in groups of at least 3, more females than males...unless the 2 you have ARE both female).

Good luck

Right now, your tank is not in bad shape (size wise), you will either need to get rid of your Neon Tetra or get at least 2 more (minimum). The only concerning thing is that you have 9 top level swimmers and 2 bottom level swimmers. Do not add any fish other than the Neons (do not mix 1 Neon with a bunch of Cardinal Tetras, the Neon will get lonely). You might want to wait until your Neon dies and then get rid of another group of fish (all your Mollies, all your Guppies, or all your Hatchetfish) that will swim in the middle level of your tank (for balance). Try adding 3 Phantom Tetras. Go to about.com and search "black phantom tetra".

I would say it is to crowded and you should get a new tank! The reason you should get a new one is because there probably isn't enough room for that many fishes and that they might fight over space! So I suggest get a new tank and move some fish to it! OK hope I helped bye!

Don't add any more fish.

It's overcrowded.
