Yes. If you BOTH said YES (i.e. to the I DO) question, then whether there's sex or not it is a legal marriage before God and man too I believe. As for being asexual or nonsexual, was it of mutual consent due to various circumstances? At any rate, you ARE married and need to be committed to the relationship. Yes, you need to discuss the situation(s) honestly, sincerely, and in a NONTHREATENING or demeaning sense... with love paving the road of communication you see! Either you should love your mate until you get over the areas of concern concerning sex and fulfill each other before God (yes, that's right!) or you both come to some mutual understanding through the aid of some GODLY counsel from someone who's viable and cares for you both. It's not easy I would imagine, but you are in holy matrimony... so do stay and love and bless each other. May God help you to reach some safe ground of loving understanding for one another.

Yes it is always a legal marriage until there is a divorce or an annulment.
It is what is classified as a "sexless marriage." They say 10% of all marriages are sexless, the definition being that a couple has sex 10 times a year or less.
I would recommend therapy or some kind of counseling if you are having sexual problems in your marriage. These things can usually be worked through and things can get back on track.
Best of luck!

They're legally married right after they sign the papers. If there isn't any sex for 5 years after the marriage, the marriage might be able to be annulled but I'm not sure.

If it were just a fling it would not last as long as it has. Many women don't want to accept that their husband can fall in love with another woman. Also women fall in love with two men. It is not uncommon. If you truly love this man you have to accept him for who he is and also accept the situation that he is in. I know he put himself in this situation, but just imagine the hell his wife is putting him through because he has fallen for another woman. But also don't make the mistake of thinking if he gets divorced from his wife that he will be faithful to you. This kind of man will never be satisfied with only one woman. Being a man who has dated more than one woman at a time. I enjoy sex more when I have the variety of more than one woman. I get bored with just one woman. I also cared deeply about each of the women I dealt with. Women may call that being a dog, but it's the simple truth.

Yes it is still a legal marriage. If in the marriage there has NEVER been any sex then you have grounds for an annulment.

Unfortunately, having a sexless marriage isn't against the law. Would seem kind of strange to have to be required by law to perform sex.

Legally, it's still a marriage. Realistically, it sounds more like a living arrangement.

Yes it is.
Nowhere in the marriage license or in the vows does it state that a marriage is void if you don't have sex consistently
