Why heavenly bodies are round shaped?

The round shape is due mostly to gravity. Gravity pulls with equal strength in all directions; therefore any variations from a spherical shape will lead to gravitational forces that bring the shape back into that of a sphere.
The rotation of the planet adds centrifugal effects, which cause the planet to bulge slightly at its equator and flatten slightly at its poles.
So to answer your question, Yes, it is natural.

I guess you mean planets and such when you say "heavenly bodies". Yes, its natural. It all has to do with gravity, orbit, and spinning and other factors.
