i put a peice of cheese on them and then melt it ....
but if i had to pick out of sour cream or gravy i would pick gravy ..

It depends on my mood.
I love cheese and bacon bits on top sometimes, but mashed and gravy is still a classic at my house!

I have to say that I put a pat of butter on mine.Now with a baked potatoe,I will use the sour cream.
