Go to your desktop. Find My Computer and "right click" on it and go to Manage. That will bring you to the Computer Management window. Click on Disk Management and you will see all the Partitions you have on your computer. Checking this way let's you know if you have any "virtual drives" on the hard drive.

This depends on what kind of computer you have.
If it's Windows XP and lower, go to My Computer and click on view, then click "details."
To the right of what should be the "C:" drive is how much memory you have left.

On a Vista, just go to "Computer" and it will say how much memory your C Drive (hard drive) has left.

Click My Computer and then Right click the "C" drive and choose properties.
