was it the person who wrote it or the yahoo police? if it was yahoo, why don't they delete the question BEFORE you even read it?

if yahoo deleted it then it will say question removed by customer care,if the asker deleted it it will say the asker did.Sometimes the censors let it slip.Sometimes a person found it through a profile and yahoo jumped on it.

alot of times it will be the one who wrote the question who has deleted it

Probably the asker. It say's 'this question has been removed' if it was the Y! POLICE

yahoo answers customer care removed it due to content that violates the community guidelines..
