I'm no nun-material:)), but I can try to answer you based on logic... Beside praying, most of them have to sustain their self, so they do a lot a work around the "house" - gardening, looking after animals and poultry etc. Some of them have workshops where they can produce some unique stuff - textiles, pottery, paintings or other cult-related (or not) items . They also do a lot of volunteering work, which can attract some financing. I think:)

It depends on the order. All nuns pray at various parts of the day. Some orders of nuns teach, others work in hospitals, others work for the diocese or archdiocese. They do have free time and they watch TV or read or go to movies or eat out.

I don't know any nuns, but probably they do Bible Studies, cooking and general housework like all of us.
