Imagine that the average person masses 70kg (about 154 lb.)
If there are 6 billion people in the world, that is 420 billion. or 4.2 * 10^11 kg.

The mass of the Earth is about 5.98 x 10^24 kg.

If a mosquito bounced around on you, it would have much, much more effect.

In short: Nothing. When someone jumps the Earth is pushed, but then it is pulled back up by the persons mass via gravity making the net result zero.
