Let's say I have 2 4/5 how would I put that in radical form

1 = 5/5
2 = 10/5

10/5 + 4/5 = 14/5

You can do this easily by multiplying the denominator by the whole number and adding the numerator.

((2 * 5) + 4)/5 = 14/5

= [(2*5)+4] / 5
= 14/5
