I stay in Johannesburg South Africa. And wouldn’t live anywhere else. The fast pace and great people that call it home. One of the richest and most powerful city’s on the continent. Not without its problems, I have to say. A truly cosmopolitan city that offers its inhabitance a living experience that you won’t find anywhere in Africa.

I love that;
it's not a city, it's a town of about 2,000.
there's no real winter to speak of & that I see all kinds of wildlife right from my backyard.
I live away from pretty much everyone.
there's a nature preserve w/in a mile that's home to dozens of endangered, threatened or rare plants as well as a handful of endangered animals (& I particularly love that no one even knows it's there.)
our small town has retained it's small town charm (enough so that it is used as a movie locale now & again.)
there's a natural spring here, miles of hiking trails & that it was once a Choctaw village.

What do I love about the city I live in? The buses, trains and planes out of here!
