Good question -
Well the depth of your question varies depending on the maturity of minds. I appreciate my early answerer who has given the rate of '10' however he needs to be clear in rating for the reason that leading a life with ease and happy itself is not the reflection of mental health. In that case a child or a mad person can be also be given the rating of 10.

--- the rating depends of the ability of face problems, the ability of guide someone, the ability to design the life, the ability to master the senses, the ability to manage emotions, the ability to keep good health, the ability of understand life eternal truths, the ability to uphold values . . . etc.

Based on above factors, I feel I can rate myself as '7'.

Daily positive inputs, Meditation, sincere efforts would make me still better.

About a 6. Not higher because I'm working on bettering myself, and it's hard. What would make me feel better are these: having a flat stomach; having hair that I wouldn't feel self-conscious about; having more muscle; losing 10 pounds; being able to be myself without thinking about it; having people other than my friends and family say I look good; white teeth; my acne clearing up; having someone I can tell all my feelings to and who'll help me through them without judging me and who doesn't make me change the story around so they'll take it seriously; someone who is enthusiastic about the same things I'm enthusiastic about. I think that's pretty much it. Yeah, I've got a lot of bettering to do.

On a scale from 1- 10, I would say 5-- somewhere in the middle. So-so. But, I'm ok there. I like it. What would make me feel better? A pill, maybe.
But, no, thank you.

I rate my mental health at a nine. I think I keep a happy attitude inside of me, despite some not too happy things that are going on.

I would say a 6 because I stress too much. I am on track to change that and get my energy level up. I need to walk everyday to clear my head. Good Question.
