I always try to look back & ask myself what was I supposed to have learnt from that? Ive laways said, we learn our most profound lessons through pain. These lessons make us stronger. I look back on my past & whilst a lot of it has been difficult & painful, its made me the person that I am. Strong, feisty & positive.

I'm guessing when you say "come out of them", you mean getting over whatever happened.
I don't really get over bad things, I mean, in a sense, I do. I just ignore it.

But if coming out of them means whatever happened is over, then I suppose I'd still be upset.

I never really noticed before but when I'm in tough times im either sad or mad, and when i come out of them I'm usually happy or still confused.
