Would you take your frustration out on a significant other ?
I would certainly hope not. I don't do that and I don't expect him to either.
When single or married I was in charge, of what I would, or could do next & if not, I prayed & talked it out with a close friend, if I had one at the time.
Choose to be in control of you choices today.

Well for me either I would talk to my best friend, or if that didn't help I like to write so I would write down exactly how I'm feeling at the time, sometimes if it's a person who has you frustrated then you could write a "fake" letter to them.
What I mean is if it's something you are afraid to tell them or for whatever reason you don't want them to know how your feeling at the time, then you could "write" them a letter!!
Don't hold anything back write down exactly how your feeling, and keep writing until it's all out of your system!!
