excellent free program that I use. CCcleaner, http://www.ccleaner.com You will get all new version free and installed over the older version. Will clean your HDD, and your registry.

You can also go to your IE tool bar and open "tools", open "internet options", delete histroy, temp. files, and cookies.

When on the internet explorer page, at the top left find the tools bar and click, then click on internet options When the window pops up you can delete your history and cookies here.

Try ATF Cleaner by Atribune: http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/

Under Internet Explorer, check Cookies and History. You can do the same for Firefox or Opera. Good luck!

click start, then go to run, type in cookies, and delete all files except index because that is the internet. For deleting files, go to tools,then internet options, then go to where it says Temorary Internet files, then click the button where it says delete files, wait a minute or two for it to be done then thats it
