Snape feeds Trevor a Shrinking Potion. Snape was being vindictive because Neville made him mad, so he fed him Neville's potion. Luckily, Hermione had helped Neville make it better (it had been REALLY messed up), so Trevor became a tadpole. Snape took some points away from Griffindor, just to be mean.
