Sometimes yes and sometimes no. It's completely random. I increase the odds by being aware of possibilities and through my hard work.
In either case, I always get the attitude I deserve. I watch that closely! :)

They have a less hateful setting.
It's not as organized, but I don't think trolls and censors are as common.
