ok i want my breasts to be smaller their abit big 4 my age 13 their like an a or b but i want them aa is there anything i can do???

I can only think of one reason why you want your boobs smaller. And that is people are making fun of you. Your boobs are going to continue to grow and hurt. until they are finished growing about 17 or 18. Now if your boobs start getting allot bigger say your 14 and a "C". Then a doctor would be interested in making your boobs smaller. Large boobs are what most of us men like to look at, But it can do so much damage to you. Your shoulders are usually are being pulled forward all the time because of the weight. And of course they will cause you back pain. A boob around a large "B" to a small "C" is about the average. So don't be in a hurry to change your body yet. You are going to look a whole different by the age of 16 any way and then your boob size wont even be a problem.

I'm 13 too and when I started to "develop" I got self concious. Everyone does. I am a size 34 A or 32 B. You will eventually not be self concious. I dont think they are too big for our age either. If you really wanted them to look smaller wear a sports bra they will make them look smaller. Cupped bras push them up. Good luck!

No you can't decrease your breast size.
Your breasts could still grow into your 20's.
Get fitted for a bra since 80% of us are in the wrong sized bras.
